I had order a LG TV amount of 36000 on 29-Oct-19 with order number(Order #407-7292178-7234702) and Date of delivery was 5-Oct-19. and still it’s showing 5-Oct-19.
I called many time via chat and mail to amazon people and every times the said your package will deliver to your door within 2 days.after many tries i got delivery team’s number on 12-Oct-19 and when i called him he said we could not deliver your order and we have already updated about your booking to amazon. but i have no idea about this and amazon people just playing with me and wasted my times. When i said i’ll going to write my concern on consumer court portal. They changed the status and deleted the chat details too.
