Respected Sir/ Madam,

I had lodged the complaint against faulty International roaming services of Vodafone. I opted roaming service plan for 10 days as my International travel period was 11th Oct to 20th Oct. ( 11th Oct. to 13th Oct in Spain (Barcelona) and 14th to 20th Oct. in Switzerland ( Zurich and Geneva). My Int-roaming was fully active from 11th to 13th Oct but from 14th Oct onwards no services available my phone. No Network for call & no data service on my phone from 14th Oct onwards.

Same day, I connected to Vodafone customer service through my Hotel WIFI and informed the issue and requested to resolve immediate basis as I have to attend my business phone calls frequently. But Vodafone customer service just keep tackling me that issue will resolved & service activate soon. But it was not resolved until my trip completed to overseas. During these days each day I have keep chasing to Vodafone customer service ( through mobile app) for issues , but they just give faulty assurance of their services.

Returning back to India I again escalated this issue to Vodafone for ethical billing as I had already faced tremendous issues due to faulty International roaming. I insisted to charged me only for the period which i had utilized only not for full period.

But they keep ignoring the faulty service facts and keep pushing me for full payment. Each time they are keep telling that service was fully active for entire 10 days. But in actual I am victimized of their faulty services.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the constant phone calls despite of me clarifying my case endless times to Vodafone associates. During my overseas trip I already suffered a lot due to Vodafone faulty services and despite of this fact that I may stuck up in overseas country without Phone services.

I am once again repeating that I had no service at all during 14th Oct to 20th Oct period of my overseas trip and I should not charge for this period. My humble request here only for ethical billing to me and the period which I had utilized. But despite of such problematic facts they are keep harassing only for payments.

I looking for your humble support here for ethical billing as they are not accepting their service issues and keep harassing for full payment.
