Text of Complaint by Dr Revanth:

I am using Airtel SIM card from last two years with serial number : H2 8991490290001122482U and the mobile number is 9948610660.

All of a sudden the signal in the mobile was lost while speaking on a call.

I have tried with restart the device and also placed the sim card into another mobile but all my trials went in vain.

I have approached the front office Airtel care and have informed them of my concern. They have asked me to replace the sim card but have not answered me what went wrong with the existing sim card.

I was forced to pay Rs. 150 INR without any Receipt.

I also bring this to your notice that the sim card was recharged recently with Rs. 199 package and is still in force.

I would like to know from you is there any expiry date for a sim card and also what exactly is the reason for the sudden drop of signals.
