Text of Complaint by Rohan Ghosh:

After using the Chimney for 6 months the air suction reduced so we contacted the company people he came and misplaced something which resulted in vibration of the whole body after 1 week. We again tried to contact the company people but the delayed and in another week we had to close the Chimney as we thought the whole thing would fall apart. He took 2000/- for the faulty service. When the next guy came he changed the blower and the capacitor and placed an unbranded local capacitor and charged us the actual rates of branded products which again resulted in improper functioning and we again had to shut it down. There’s a total loss of 3.5k in 2 months but still no result.
