Text of Complaint by Vincent Fernandes:

I am writing as I have found no solution from Whirlpool India since, I made a purchase on 9th Nov 2015. The freezer compartment display does not seem to function since day one and this is the fourth replacement as they have no solution to the problem and keep replacing the 3 intell sensor part time and again under warranty. But, the issue crops up in a month again. The technicians have no knowledge of technical know-How as to how water gets into the freezer compartment unit. This fault has been pointed out several times to them and they pay no heed. There is a lady called Reshma More Reshma who is absolutey rude to speak with . I am mentioning her number 02225190934 as well as Senior technician  Mr. Deepak Mhatre no 9222123734

please assist in getting a solution or my money back from Whirlpool India as they have fleeced us from day one with a faulty product.
