I have ordered a space wood dressing table from Flipkart . One of the part was defective and I tried to opt for replacement. But due to technical issues, I couldn’t. I have called their customer care and raised my concern. But they say it’s a technical issue and checking on it. Every time I call, they are saying the same story and ask me to wait for two days. But so far nothing has been done from their end. I am tired of calling Flipkart. Now I have no replacement or refund, all i have is their stupid faulty dressing table. I will never purchase anything from Flipkart as there is no value for customers. I wish to have strict policies and laws on these kind of fraud service providers.
