I bought Router of Rs. 5,999 on 19 june 2020 and received same on 29 june 2020 in afternoon. As opened first packing from paytmall and found the product inside was unsealed and router box tampered. I immediately in an hour of getting delivered posted for return but the product was already marked by seller as non returnable. Hence i contacted paytm team in hope of return and refund from them. But they asked for all details and pictures of product and communication went for 10-15 days long. After so long they came up with shitty solution of getting product warranty from Router Manufacturer.
Now tell me why a customer should run behind router company for getting warranty for faulty product supplied by seller.
