1. I ordered Le Eco Super 3 X65 TV from Flipkart on 2 oct 16. Order#OD207225535556387000
2. It was delivered on 11 Oct 2016. (A week after the promised delivery date).
3. Later we discovered an issue in the display panel of the TV. It was past the replacement window of flipkart so we called le eco customer care as it was under warranty.
4. The le eco technician finally came after one week of the complaint after making multiple calls. The technician said it is a faulty piece which cannot be repaired.
5. The technician packed the TV and promised that it will be picked up in 2 days and my product will be replaced or refunded.
6. It has been almost 2 weeks since then and after making multiple calls every day and writing multiple emails, I have no confirmation or action from Le Eco for replacement or refund of my TV.
7. My entire money is blocked by Le Eco and my TV has already been uninstalled and packed for pickup. I am without money and without TV in my house. I am fearful that I have lost 1 lakh rupees.
8. Everytime I contact the customer support via email or via call, I have to explain every single detail every single time.
9. After each attempt I get a false promise that I will get a call back and an email confirmation and my TV will be picked up. But when I call for follow-up, nobody has any clue.
I expect immediate refund or replacement of my faulty product as it is a huge investment and not any small gadget.
