I have purchased a power bank (Ambrane p-1122) from Paytm (order No-12620 590614). The product is clearly visible that an USED product delivered to me. so I haven’t used that product. I have log an complaint for same in tweeter on on very same day of delivery. As per requirement of paytm I have shared some photo to verify whether the product is used or fresh. Now after proving that an USED product has been delivered to me , they are not exchanging the product as per return policy and forcing me to accept the product.Also they are advising to visit nearest service centre in case the product is not working.
