I had ordered a mi trimmer in jiomart app, I received it on 4th may, the box had dirt stains and there was literally a hair follicle on the blade even before I opened it. The charger cable is missing from the box. When I requested for return jiomart customer service asked for pics and mail. I did. Now they have rejected the return request all on the basis of cctv footage. Now I’m left with a trimmer I cannot use without charging it cuz the cable is different and couldn’t find it anywhere. Also the product price droped around 200rs just a day after I received it. The seller is same the app same but still I have paid 200more for faulty product. Jiomart CS also denied replacement and said they will not do anything and asked me to keep the wrogn product without charger cable.
