Hi –
I purchased Racold Water heater over 2 month ago and it took a month to have one of their engineers visit and help with installation. The next thing, new product was defaulty and I have since then been waiting to receive support from Racold.
Its literally harassing how despite raising several requests, there is no support whatsoever. Kindly advise if you are unable to support, else I shall proceed with raising consumer complaint.
