Text of Complaint by Chandra Shekhar:

This is with reference to my order on dated 27th May for Little Olive Tikes 4 Level Height Adjustable Scooter, they delivered this product to me on 1st June in faulty condition. Immediately i requested to cancel this order and proceed for refund as this i ordered for my daughter birthday gift (2nd June) and took another from local market.
Since 1st June they are just sending message again and again and today called me for replacement, i explained my concern and requested for refund but they denied and disconnected call.

This is very worst experience with flipkart and they just fooling their customer.

Requesting you here by pls take an appropriate action against them and do needful.
