Complaint raised earlier to Flipkart….

Technician Visit Scheduled: Technician Visit for Bosch 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey with order ID OD114450638454845000 has been scheduled with our authorized partner bosch. Your service request number for the same is 476902745 and will be done on Wednesday, Jan 30, 2019.

And nobody visited today. Now again 2nd commitment from Flipkart….
We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 04 Feb, 7:00 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679

This is how Flipkart stranded their customers? Kindly collect this faulty washing machine and refund the money ASAP or else I will escalate this issue to Consumer court…..

today again raised complaint but no response…
Flipkart- the worst customer support.

instead of repeatedly following with you to get my refund urgently against the faulty product delivered, no satisfactory resolution.
your customer support was only trying to console angry customers who fed up with your pathetic service.
even though i raised the social media complaint, you people don’t care about it.
after 15 days post delivery still i am struggling to get refund of my money.
today 5th Feb 19 you’ve arranged the visit to uninstall this faulty product, after this why do you require more 7 days till 11th Feb 19 to pick this return package????
why are you people are so slow in your service?????????

if Flipkart having any wiser personnel who is reading this email, then kindly note that…..
i warn you to pick this faulty product maximum by tomorrow 6th Feb 19 & initiate my refund transaction or else i will lodge a complaint in Consumer Court, and Flipkart has to pay me the compensation along with interest & inventory carrying cost of this faulty product at my house & against this discomfort and mental harassment.
