I had ordered Wardrobe from flipkart (Flipkart perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 3 door wardrobe).
Order ID: OD121991998396587000 Dated 08.06.2021
The product was damaged and was very bad quality hence I requested for return, a technician visit was scheduled and the return was accepted on 21.06.2021 and the technician visit to uninstall and lift the product on same date.
Since then I am just getting SMS that the technician will visit that day and lift the product and replacement will be sent. When called to customer care they just say that the issue has been escalated and complain has been raised but nothing happens.
Yesterday I am seeing that the replacement has been cancelled from flipkart which is very surprising for me. Now when I called the customer care they are disconnecting the calls.
I want to raise complain against this order and need refund of my money. It is almost a month I have ordered this product and cannot use and my money is blocked.
