Text of Complaint by Himanshu Parti:

I booked an Apple Macbook Pro 2020 from Flipkart, it was delivered to me on 23 September.
The product had a battery issue and due to no return policy I went to the Apple Service Center but my warranty was expired. We get 1 year warranty on the apple products as mentioned on the website.
However, my invoice is incorrect and I have been trying to get in touch with the flipkart support team but I’ve had no help rather they have not been helpful at all which is why I am reaching out to you.

I have raised several issues within the application but all I’ve got is date pushback i.e. them pushing away the deadlines of the issues.

I want a resolution
