I had ordered this hula hoop from them in August and the product clearly states its under a one year warranty. The product broke in October within 2 months of purchase and even after repeated msgs on their instagram and mails (till their ID worked) they haven’t bothered to address the issue. This is clearly a scam and this website is robbing customers by selling defective products.
