HI, HAVE PURCHASED ACTIVA 3L INSTANT 3KVA SPECIAL ANTI RUST COATED 304L PURE SS TANK VOLCANO GEYSER WITH 5YEARS WARRANTY FROM AMAZONE PLATFORM ON 25TH DECEMBER 2023 AGAINST INVOICE NO. BOM7-6270. HAVE RECEIVED DELIVERY FROM AMAZONE ON 26TH DECEMBER 2023 AND HAVE INSTALLED IT ON 28TH DECEMBER 2023. FOR FIRST 8 DAYS GYESER HAS WORKED PERFECTLY FINE AND PROVIDED INSTANT HOT WATER AS PER PROCESS MENTIONED ON USERMANUAL. BUT AFTER 8 DAYS SUDDENLY GYESER HAS STOPPED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER. WE HAVE TRIED TO KEEP IT ON FOR MORE THAN 15MIN BUT STILL GREEN LIGHT DOSENT SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY. GYESER HAS STOPPED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER. I HAVE TRIED TO REACHOUT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIME TO FILE COMPLIAN ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT SINCE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY BUT WITH VERY DISAPPOINTING NOTES WOULD LIKE TO SAY NO ONE FROM THE CUSTOMER RESPONDED TO TAKE MY COMPLAIN. WRITING THIS EMAIL WITH LOOKING FORWAD TO GET SOME SOLUTION AT YOU END. A KIND REQUEST TO LOOK INTO IT AND HELP ME WITH SOLUCTION, ATTACHING HEREWITH INVOICE COPY FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
