Hello sir there is a company called Crossbeat who is scamming people. They are selling smart watch which I purchased for 5.9K on 6th of March through their website. I got product after 3 days and was faulty with its display having some problem. I mailed them sent WhatsApp texts they said they will replace it. I am from Mangalore and the service centre is in bangalore it takes only 24 hours for my return product to reach their service centre , this company are sending my order to Pune, bilaspur, faridabad etc without giving proper explanations. They have taken my money but not providing proper responce. We can find all negative comments on them on twitter.
