I brought a integrated tail lamp from skyboys shop. At first I ordered another one but they said the item is not available, for that reason they wanted to send me different look wise tail lamp, till this it was okey. I agreed with the seller to send me the other version, but after waiting of a week, I received the product i.e on 22th April, 2023…but unfortunately I received the faulty product which may be some wiring defects. My question to them, why they didn’t check properly before packaging? I was waiting eagerly that after reciving the product, my bike looks better then before, but I lost the amount of Rs. 1719 and now I am hopeless.
