I placed an order on 18th April for Kodak TV. Delivery date was 26th April, actually delivered on 28th April. It was a faulty piece. Even the remote box was open and tempered.
The Screen was defective. Person who came for the installment said, this piece was returned by somebody and the seller sent you the same faulty piece.
I raised a return request on 29th April. Expected date of pick up was 10th May. Then the date was changed to 15 May, now it is showing 18th May. Today it showing 24th May.
I had ordered this TV for my new home. As we had a housewarming function on 3rd of May.
I want my money back, I don’t want this replacement.
