Flipkart sent me the one plus tv ,with faulty display issue and the different imei no present in the device than the one present on the invoice receipt given by the flipkart
I have been dealing with customer care ever since .it’s been more than a month ,every time cc give me a date for product return,but no one comes to collect the tv and they escalate the issue further.this is an endless cycle for them without giving any thought of the mental and physical harassment one is suffering from this behaviour of flipkart customer care
