Text of Complaint by Sunil:

I got Hathway Broadband connection around 25th May, within one few days my connection started giving problems net getting disconnected frequently, speed decreasing up to 3 Mbps that too not constant.
When I contacted Mr. Hemant, local area manager he told me that there was some work going on it’ll be solved in few days. I waited for sometime but when he stopped picking up my phone. I lodged complaint from your App but to my surprise my complaint was closed without getting attended. This went on till 25th June every complaint was closed without being attended. so contacted your people via email & tweeter.
On 25th your engineer came & told me that my modem is faulty, it needs to be replaced. He promised to replace it in few days but never turned up.
On 1st July I again raised complaint but this time my Complaint No. 25062020M198013 was Deleted from system.
A company can survive only when it has satisfied customers.
Now it’s up to you, to keep these non-working people in your company or keep your customers.
Hope you’ll make sure that complaint is solved as soon as possible.
