The orthopedic Memory Mattress was purchased in June 2020.
Somewhat around in Nov -2021 – my neck and back shoulder pain started.
I visited the doctor and he asked for MRI scanning. The report stated swelling in the neck bone and the doctor told – me this may be due to occupation posture (desk top job) OR due to mattress.
The doctor advised physiotherapy, exercise and change of the mattress. I did all and recovered slowly. I was understanding that due to nature of work – this could have happened.
BUT after a couple of months, my wife also encountered the same problem. She is a housewife and hence we conluded that because of a faulty mattress we family members are suffering form back, neck & shoulder pain.
I raised a complaint with Wakefit.
After 4 days of complaint – Wakefit closed my complaint stating that the product crosses the expiry period, hence resolved.
Because of the faulty mattress – my family’s health is compromised and now Wakfit is least bothered.
Pls advise the way forward.
