Text of Complaint by Himanshu Tandon:

I bought the IFB TL 11KG SIBS INOX washing machine from Croma Online store on June 29, 2022 and after 1 month, the machine tub started making noise. I raised a complaint with IFB customer care and a person visited and without even checking, he said, machine is okay. In past 1 year, I raised 9 official complaints with IFB and still the machine is faulty. In 7 visits, the service center guy replaced random parts. Even they took the machine to the service center for 3 days and after 20 days, the issue was the same. I asked them to replace the whole machine as it is in warranty, but they denied to do so. They are just harassing me by visiting and fixing random things in past 1 year.

I asked service center to provide the details of what they have done in all the registered complaints, they denied to provide that information too.
