Ordered Lg washing machine from Flipkart. It was observed that machine is not spinning the cloth post washing, raises complaint to Flipkart for replacement, but Flipkart is not behaving in a professional manner, and cancelling my replacement request repetitively without any reason. We are old customer of LG and this is the first time that we are having this bad experience. I had ordered this machine for my parents and seems that this gift is more of a torture. Please interfere in the issue and help your customer by resolving the issue and get this machine replaced on priority.
