Text of Complaint by Apeksha Srivastava:

Ordered (a replacement) product on 8th May of kitchen cabinet which came on 19th May however during installation on 25May it turned out to be faulty , non functional and of poor finish after which the return was placed on the Flipkart app on 25May .. After which customer called the Customer care explaining the issue and asked the if they needs to unstall the product to which it was told that technician will unstall the product and pack the same . After which technician from Jeeves visited on 26th May at 5-6pm and after showing the issue to him he told the customer that the installation is not done properly . To which customer showed the poor finish and gaps in the doors and hinges and thin cardboard sheet with duct tape placed at the back support making it sturdy and causing it to fall due to uneven balance of the cardboard . Technician tried to fix the legs at edges by drilling where the holes for installation was not made making it more prone to accident or damage in near future while placing things in or over it . After which the technician left and return was rejected . After which customer called the customer care as was assured that issue will be resolved and new return request was lodge by customer care on 26th May . Twice the technician detail changed after which the new technician called on 27th May asking the issue and if technician visit has happened once to which customer told the issue and the previous visit and informed that will visit btw 5-6 pm but later didn’t pickup the call and disconnected the call which further delayed the return and process . After which several calls , complains , technician visited on 29th May and after his long call with his team or manager he left saying it is not in his hand to reject the return .. Flipkart does as they only submit the report about the issue . Later which it was rejected again .. many calls, mails , complains were made by Flipkart , jeeves support team kept fooling customers saying that seller is rejecting the return after which customer made a video of technician in which he said that he can see the issue but was told by tech support to repair the defective product . Later Flipkart kept rejecting return on the name of seller and after the a month of followup , they told that technician saying NO ISSUE FOUND IN THE PRODUCT . And the consumer to get it repaired as the return is closed & go with warranty . The customer hasnt used the product since it was delivered and due to false and misleading info customer suffered a loss and after repeated calling seller told that they haven’t received any request for thr return and return is guided by Flipkart . Flipkart also lied saying that technician visit is done by seller whereas the seller told that no such technician visit is done bu them and it is solely done by Flipkart & Jeeves is owned by Flipkart . Customer felt cheated and is harassed even after providing sufficient information about the faulty product and lack of cooperation from Flipkart and team . Flipkart has not taken any action against the seller or the tech support practising unfair trade and providing defective product . Repair is provided as the only solution for which neither the Flipkart nor the Jeeves is willing to take any responsibility if any damage or accident happens in future . Order id 427955497195200100
