I bought a brand new TV from Reliance Digital on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore and the TV was delivered on 21-Apri-2024.
Withing few weeks only, the remote went faulty hence I raised a service request for repair on 10-May-2024. It has been 11 days but nothing has been done.
I also lodged a compliant with the Reliance complaint team but nothing yet been done.
The team also does not want to provide any timelines and neither were they willing to share the reference numbers for my complaint when I said that I will lodged a Complaint on Consumer Forum / Court.
