Text of Complaint by Aayushi Savla:

After updating my phone, I started to witness a pink line. While OnePlus has apologized and “promised” to replace the screen and offer “life time warranty”, today when I visited the OnePlus service centre, I was told that they don’t have the parts for the display and can only offer a voucher of 19,000.
