I have emailed my complaint several times and yet no resolution . Late delivery then no door step delivery your delivery guys threatened me of taking the order back if i deny to take delivery on ground floor when i live on third floor. I got injured in getting the bed parts carried to third floor with the labour i had to hire. I got stitches on my finger. More over now no one is contacting for delivery and no response too. The bed is still not installed andi am forced to sleep on the floor . Order id 341161.
