RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FRTOM jIO:

Jio Fiber -IM-1499 for jio fiber Service ID 299946329652 having Jio fiber Fixed Voice number +911247964129 will expire 15-/Dec 20 19:10  Hrs.  You have already recharged with Jio Fiber_IM_399 plan, which will automatically get activated to ensure uninterrupted Jio services.
My problem is as under:

1. I do not have any landline instrument and do not use it nor I want to pay for it. 
2. I do not have any cell phone Jio Number nor I need it.
3. I have not recharged with Jio Fiber 399 Plan.

1. Why these confusing messages? What is my current plan now, please? Besides who is to be contacted over the phone in case of any query?
