I have an Airtel no. [X].
Every month, an amount of INR 149/- is included in my bill in the name of International Roaming.
First, I have never requested for this. I have never been out of the country, and there’s not a single int. roaming call. Pointless for me to request for this.
Second, assuming mistake at my end, I have made multiple requests to stop it, but to no avail. It keeps getting added to my bill every month in spite of requests.
Third, whenever I call, CC executives apoligize and refund the amount, but they dont refund the amount for the months I haven’t called up the CC. Am I expected to call the CC evry month and beg for my own money? And if I don’t, they don’t refund what is rightfully mine.
