My sincere apologies for bothering you .
I have been a very loyal paytm customer ( kindly check records and my expenditure history on ma associated paytm wallet no # 9837266499) but I am not getting desired results , too many incidents to be pen down where paytm proved itself to be incompetent. If you wish I can elaborate here with proof.
This Apple watch which is worth around INR 28000 delivered to me on 17 June 2019 by paytm ,since that day it’s not getting compatible and sync with any of my iPhone 5s & iPhone 6+, also it gets heated up while charging and main concern is it’s power adaptor ( whose specifications are as follows:- IS 13252 (part 1) / IEC 60950-1 R-41014800) it’s faulty it’s not charging , that’s why as soon as I connect this watch to any other xyz adaptors then it responds fine.
Important point to note:- I am engineer by profession and a tech savvy guy hence there is no misunderstanding from ma end . This power adaptor is faulty and also watch is not getting sync with any device and also getting heated up since day 1.
Henceforth , because I already hv faced worst of Apple and paytm services , now I am only looking for refund ( not replacement or repair ) . Kindly tell me the next course of action otherwise I will take a legal action I have enough of proof where me and ma family have had worst of Paytm and Apple’s products malfunctioning .
