Text of Complaint by Sonali Kedari:

We got the ordered saree a week back but since the quality is not as shown in the photos and videos on Instagram we wanted to to return it. But we have requested them to return it as we already paid the amount in via phonpe during the delivery itself. But it’s almost a week now and they are not replying on the instagram even after reading the messages.
