Text of Complaint by Vijendra Shahi:

Some days ago, I got a call from whirlpool team that a free service for my air conditioner is pending, which I availed and the service engineer came and provided the service.

As the air conditioner was non operational for 5 months (due to winter) we thought that after the service

However two days after the service, The air conditioner again started showing problems and it is barely cooling/very low cooling.

It has not been even one year and the air conditioner has been serviced six or seven times and still it is not operating well.

Multiple service engineers have come and pointed out different problems, most say that there is a leakage for which the cooling is getting affected, other said that the cooling gas is the problem.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide a permanent solution for this.

This air conditioner is barely 11 months old, and it has already had so many problems.
It is still under warranty and they have provided me a faulty air conditioner that goes bad within 2 days after service and still they haven’t provided any solution
