Bought Whirlpool 240L Proton refrigerator from Amazon.in vide Amazon.in order #406-0791423-3215552 dtd 07-08-2023

Since receipt of the Whirlpool 240L Proton refrigerator around 16-17 Aug 2023, consistent recurrence of issues, faulty sensors, fan broken & motor damaged, vibrations, clanking sound due to sensor failure ice accululation in freezer & backside of the freezer & ice not defrosting.
Despite under warranty period, Whirlpool India is not replacing this faulty refrigerator by QC checked Fresh working 240L Proton. Service Centre Jamnagar Mr Dhiman declined to replace the faulty refrigerator and demanded Rs 1900/- for parts replacement.
