My tata sky broadband id is :C2100479584
I have recharged with 700/- + GST = 836/- for 25 mbps unlimuted plan…
But my plan was activated for 150 GB plan. And 59 amt. putted in my wallet.
I have raised a ticket for this error i.e. R-390990.
But no revert from your side. So i called customer care and what i got reply from them is SHOCKING to me.
Now they are saying i need to recharged with 100/- so that they can deduct 83/- for my 3 days consumption and then only i can get benefit of unlimited plan.
Although i have recharged with same with heavy heart bcoz i need it.
But please give me revert:
1) when i have paid for particular service then why u didn’t activated the same.
2) as per conversation to customer care concern it was a technical issue from tata sky side then why i paid for it.
3) i have raised ticket for that i got no response from your side, then after waiting 2 days i made call and i have been marked panelty for that of 83/-.
I am very unhappy with your services and response. I need claim for it.
I recommended my nabours for tata sky previosly but now u lost ur creditiblity.
Revert me with proper solution.
