On 22nd Oct I ordered one laptop with exchange my old laptop. It was mentioned delivery date on 23rd Oct 9pm. I waited till 10.30 no delivery person came to my home. Then after I check the product status it showing like “We could not deliver your order since the exchange item did not meet the Amazon’s requirement”. But no delivery person visited my home / called me. I tried to call multiple times to customer service (4 times) no one providing proper details and then now the status showing refunded and amount was debited to my account. But I purchase the laptop in Deal price which I am not getting it now.
Points to get clarification:-
1) Is that really that product is available ?
2) Is Sender delivered the product / not ?
3) No delivery agent details provided for me
4) Why the wrong status is showing without Delivery agent coming for delivery.
