Text of Complaint by Mohammad Gishan Khan:

I had purchased a brand new Kent Grand Plus on 27th February 2019.

 

This machine has been repaired 7 times so far.

I was promised by one of the service managers from Noida Head Office in the month of May that if the system gets out of order again then it will be replaced.

 

I have informed them several times but i didn’t get any response.

 

Apart from this, the major issue is that while complaining to service center I was threatened by local service center in the name of religion.

 

I would request  you to look at this and try to resolve it at earliest
