Text of Complaint by Kuldeep:

I had given request for purchase a fast tag of ICICI bank on 10 October 2020 and I have uploaded all required documents four times on website but there is error on documents they replied so I had given a cancellation request on 19/10/2020 bearing complaint no.- CMP000000005404934 and they customer executive told me that complaint will be closed with in 15 working days. After 15 days it was not closed and I have followup to the customer care executive more that 10 times (I have recording in my phone also), every time they told me that it will close in next 48 hours and/or 72 hours. But problem still exist then I called customer care executive on 29/11/2020 and they given me one more complaint no. CMP000000005627663 and promised me they will cancel my fastag within next 72 hours and refund my amount, after 4 days I called the customer executive they are not responding and they re telling that please be on line we are checking after 2-3 minutes they directly cut the phone calls without any information. This ICICI bank service is not very bad while it badddddddddddd (in minus not zero).
I have all call details with me for reference.
Due to above issue i am not able to purchase fastag from other sources also.
These people are cheater and fraud.
Please do not purchase fastag from Fraud ICIC bank.
