Dear sir
I have opted for swap my sim from 1 no to another no . Ther are saying my father name is mismatch . Actually i don’t have any idea that how my father name has changed . They are saying me that it is posible in postpaid but not in prepaid . I am contacting them from last 20 days . I don’t get any response from them . Kindly help me . Please look into the matter.
