In search of part time work from home i clicked on a link from quikr. Then I got a call from Mr. sharma from no. 9714006712. He told about work. Thru whatsapp I uploaded my name and aadhar card front n back pages. Then he sent an online link to write my name which i wrote and uploaded. Then i i was sent an agreement software which i clicked and downloaded. Saw thru it and clarified doubts on phone with sharma. Then again i got a mail with agreement copy in which they pasted my written name earlier as signature. Then Rashi roy sent a mail as verification done. I logged in the next day and started work. I took a break from work and again when i tried it didnt login. I tried calling helpline number 6356049856 several times but no response or switched off. On 29th After that i sent whatsapp to Mr. sharma that i i am unable to do work as i am hospitalised due to CKD. He saw but didnt respond later at all now after 10 days today I got whatsapp whatsap from named Arush Shukla with no. 9766521891 calling himself as legal department and claimed for legal procedure and demanded earlier 12500 as security deposit. Then he said i had cleared company dues and now i need to clear legal penalty and demanded 18050. I protested but at the end by the fear of legal proceedings I paid that amount. After that he says it is beyond time and I delayed so i need to pay another 30500 for clearance. Then i understood it is fake and i disagreed and kept quite. Then i got a message from 8469258065 saying a legal case with ID No. 17789/628 is filed at delhi cibil court. They are threatening and blackmailing me and trying to squeeze money on the name of legal case and court proceedings. So please take action against this firm and the related persons kindly.
