ICICI fastag team deducting amount from my tag on such toll plazas from where my vehicle never travelled in her life. And today this happened 8th time. Today even my car is parked at home, they have deducted Rs 90 at Vikkrawandi at 16:10 and Rs 60 at Paranur at 14:59. When I call customer care, they just registere complaints & ask to call on 1033. 1033 is busy now. My last to complaints registered at ICICI & 1033 are still pending. I am sure that ICICI is selling duplicate fastag as they know everyone tag balance. According to me, this is not nhai fault because they simply scan the tag & deduct amount. If ICICI had given duplicate fastag in black, how they will know? I just want my all money back.
