Sir / Madam,
I had purchased HDFC Fast Tag in March 21. Whenever I cross tolls nearly every time after the toll is deducted, there is a manual debit to my wallet. In last one year there has been nearly 18 manual debits from my wallet. Towards this, I have made numerous complaints to HDFC Bank Ltd, on the toll free number as well as through email id’s. After making complaint and much insistence of taking legal action the HDFC Bank has partly reversed few manual debits.
However, this manual debit continues unabated till date.
