Last month toll charges of 70 and 20, totalling Rs.90 was deducted for vehicle number TE10BE2617. In fact the vehicle has not crossed the toll plazas. (there would not be a vehicle with TE registration). I have wrongly applied for TE10BE2617 instead of TN10BE2617. I realised this mistake but could not cancel the order because of their rigid cancellation policy. I received the fastag label but I have not stuck it on any vehicle. When I contacted their chennai office they found this deduction of Rs 90 was transacted due to mismatch of fastag. Ultimately they have credited Rs90 to my wallet. Yesterday they have deducted Rs 90 vids transaction ID 29101296598. There is no details of the vehicle number. Please help in getting refund.
