I have ordered a fastag on 6 december 2019 on my airtel application. It was shown that the fastag will be delivered within 14 working days. They gave me tracking number which the courier website shows incorrect. I am continuosly sending mails and contacting their customer care number but they are not helping. I am facing so much problem because of that. Every time they befool and tell another date. They arey showing the status as shipped and on the other hand courier companys’ website shows that no data is available for this consignment. Please help me about this.
This kind of disappointing behaviour is not expected from airtel.
