Text of Complaint by Ravindra shinde:

I ordered Fastag from Airtel payments bank on 3rd of january.today it is 21st January but still yet it is not delieverd.There is no proper customer care number given.the number given on app doesn’t work.i tried contacting by mail but the care says the Fastag is under validation but as per app and text i received the Fastag has been shipped. I also did complaint to national consumer helpline the reply i got by grievance officer of Airtel is same it’s under validation but why does app shows the Fastag has been shipped.This Airtel is frauding and playing with emotions of people.if they can’t provide proper service what must a common man do.i have to travel on 23rd i don’t have Fastag what must i do now. It’s written that the Fastag will be delivered by next 14 days of purchase
