Sir,
I have placed the order of new blank fastag (without RC) for my new car on 4th may 2022 with order I’d 18236107091, which was delivered to me on 10th may 2022.
After receiving it when I move forward to activate it with my RC, I come to know that tag was already activate on another car.
I contacted Paytm customer care 3 to 4 times but they all didn’t gave the satisfactory reply. They don’t even provide the deadline within which issue to be resolved.
During this period (after receiving fastag) I crossed the toll gate 3 time where I was charged double as a penalty.
This all issues I again discussed with the customer support team but again there is no progress in the resolution of the issue.
The complain ticket Id is 3186557135 here I ask for the status of the complain or progress of the issue but the backend team not even provide a single answer.
So I kindly request you to please looking forward to this issue and kindly return my this fastag and refund my amount. They have disturbed me financially and mentally both and also please take a strict action against them so that no one may face this issue again.
