Dear Sir/Maam,
I would like to place my request in your court that I have had placed order for FASTag on Deceber 14, 2019 and on December 20, 2019 I have had received message from Airtel that FASTag will be delivered within 14 working days. Now more one month than been passed and I did many followup while calling 400 from Airtel mobile number and send multiple e-mail but I am not getting any positive response from them. Please find the artifacts as an attachment with this complain.
