I am facing issue that I had sufficient balance in my fastag wallet and two times I successfully crossed Toll plaza but at that time On the spot Two times Toll says Mt fastag is blacklisted but as I mentioned that even in this situation I had successfully crossed that Tolls , then why it shows ‘blacklisted ‘ and now I requested to paytm to close this fastag I want new fastag ,So paytm did not help nor permit to close fastag so that I can buy new fastag and get rid of it .. also I called NHAI customer care they assured me but not responded after knowing this issue . Help me and I want that Remove fastag from blacklist and deactivate this as soon as possible . And permit me to buy new fastag .
