According to government rules fast tags are mandatory on National Highways so I bought Airtel Fast tag from Airtel through the Mobile App
At the time of purchase, I submitted copies of documents like Cars RC , Driving License. I’ve installed new Fast Tag in my Car received via post. Now after couple of weeks I tried to access my Fast Tag details through Airtel app , I’m getting message “ Inactive-Vehicle Class Mismatch” I don’t understand even after Airtel has copy of my cars “Certificate of Registration” which contains all details(like vehicle class, Chassis number, Car number etc. ) ,how these guys can deactivate my Fast Tag account with such a ridiculous reason? I’ve mailed them and resubmitted the documents but still the issue is not resolved and it’s more than a month and it’s frustrating .
